Go Rail (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is developed by The Cluster of Logistics and Rail Engineering (CLARE), The Faculty of Engineering of Mahidol University. 2.1 Location Data

The App requests access to your device location to display the nearest train stations to your current position. Location access is only used when the user grants permission. Location data is not stored or shared with external servers.

2.2 Feedback Data

When you send feedback, you may attach a photo or select an image from your gallery. These images are used only for diagnostic or feedback purposes and are not made public or shared with other users.

2.3 Usage Data

The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymous usage statistics, such as session duration, screen visits, and device type. This information helps us analyze and improve the App experience but cannot identify individual users.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Display train station information and routes relevant to your location.
• Improve the App’s performance and user experience.
• Analyze usage patterns to enhance future features.

4. Sharing of Information
